AXIS360 DiSC Engage: from insight to practice
A profile on its own rarely changes how someone works. Engage is the part that comes after the report.
Each participant gets a personal page, opened from their own link. There is no account to create.
What participants can do
- Practice Plan. Choose one specific thing to try, say when, and check in on it. Optional reminder emails nudge them. They can rehearse the plan aloud once and write a one-line note on what they learned.
- My Library. More than 300 short readings and activities, chosen from the person’s own scores. Every item says why it is there, for example which score it responds to. Saving or finishing an item is the participant’s own record.
- My Team. A team can agree how it will work together, keep a team working agreement, and look back on something it did with a short debrief: what was intended, what happened, why, and what to change.
- My Colleagues. Within the same organisation, a participant can see a colleague’s lead style (never their scores) to prepare a conversation.
- A weekly pick, by email, only if the participant opts in.
Why it is built this way
We did not find evidence that a debrief alone changes behaviour. We did find support for turning intentions into specific plans, practising over time, and getting feedback. So Engage asks for one concrete action rather than a list of resolutions, and brings people back to it.
Privacy
Participants’ content belongs to them. A facilitator, such as a coach or HR contact, can see whether the participant has opened their page, and simple counts such as how many plans or library items. They cannot see what the participant wrote, read or planned. Participants are told this on their own page.
For facilitators
A launch panel shows who has been sent a link, who has opened it and who is using it, so you know where a gentle nudge is needed. It also lets you email links in bulk.
